We do our best to respond quickly. Generally, you will receive a response within a maximum of 48 hours. During peak periods, it may take a little longer, but we strive to get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible after your purchase.

  • Modification or cancellation?
    • Possible only within 48 hours after placing the order.
    • After 48 hours, the order is already in production or being prepared for shipment, so it can no longer be modified or canceled.  

What are the delivery times?

Our average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package in real time.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.
Wherever you are, Madix can reach you. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your country.

How should I take care of my clothes?

To keep your Madix pieces looking fresh:

Wash inside out at 30°C / 86°F

Avoid the dryer if possible

Iron inside out (but not directly on the design)
Quality lasts when you take care of it — just like your hustle.

Can I offer a Madix product as a gift?

Of course.
Just make sure to use the recipient’s address during checkout, and if you want, let us know in advance via email — we can remove the invoice from the package.

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

I received a defective item, what should I do?

First, sorry for the inconvenience — we always aim for top quality.
Send us an email with your order number and photos of the defect, and we’ll take care of it as soon as possible.

Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
